Our apartment itself is found on the first floor of a building with three apartments. Our house measures almost 100 m2 and the classification is as follows:

Living room and kitchen
The living room is provided with air-conditioning, a cupboard with books (mainly in Dutch) and games, a cd/radio player, a television a couch and a dining room table with four associated chairs. The living room has a large entrance to the balcony with sight on the Monte Albo. There is an open kitchen with an oven, a ventilation fan and a large Frigidaire with small freezer. The kitchen is provided with largely sufficient kitchen tools, pots and pans to cook nicely and extended.

Master sleepingroom
This is a wide sleeping room with open doors to the balcony with sight on the Monte Lungo. The chamber is provided with air/conditioning, a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and a drawer.

Sleeping room 2
This is a relatively wide sleeping room witch is provided with a cupboard wit more than sufficient space. There are two single beds (80 x190 cm). When necessary we can also provide a bed for infants up to 2 years old.

Bathroom
The bathroom is provided with a bath, shower, toilet, bidet, basin and a washing machine.

Storage room
Between our two bedrooms there is a storage room where you can find an ironing board, a steam iron, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes line and several other cleaning attributes.

In general
The apartment is in good and clean state and we expect that tenants appreciate this. We expect tenants to leave our apartment in the same state they first entered. The apartment is found in a quiet street. The distance to the beach is approximately one mile; quietly walking it takes about 10 minutes to reach the beach.
